      Pros

      The residents are fabulous. It's real easy to care about them in a short amount of time. The work is easy for the most part and to know that you're making a difference to someone's life - being there, it's heart warming.

      Cons

      Getting close to the residents...sometimes it's their time to leave and it leaves a space inside you. Holidays are working days...but there's always a chance you'll get it off and it's a senior living environment so there's all sorts of shifts that have to be worked which means possible working any/all hours.

      Pros

      feeling like a part of a team a all working towards same goal of resident care to the highest level - the jobs are easy enough to do, not strenuous - a great place for those with loving hearts and want to help others - feel like you're giving - when I was working there, almost all of the employees were there because they actually care about the work they did for the residents

      Cons

      residents will pass away after getting attached to them - since it is a living center, almost all jobs will require working some weekends (not a big deal since some you'll have off) -
