Worked here as a marketing assistant and graphic designer part time right out of college while I worked as a barista at the bigbucks. My manager in Brookline was Ed and he tried his best to create work for me. The company wasn't as big at the time and we had just 4 people in our office and though they tried their best to try and create a community with birthday parties it just wasn't big enough.
They spent a lot of time communicating with me as to what's happening and they paid for all my certifications and training. Provided me with a company vehicle and always supported me when I was working with customers. Good to work with them if you're young and starting out in your career.
Cons
You have to learn a lot of new softwares and have to have a smart phone for everything. Also lots of background checks and they took almost five weeks - long time for when I was hired.
