Pros
Work from home. Good people in Ops.
Cons
I regret to share a disappointing experience with a company that has demonstrated a concerning lack of regard for both its employees and clients. My time with this organization revealed a pervasive disregard for employee well-being, evident in inadequate support systems, a lack of transparency, and minimal effort to foster a positive work environment. Employee concerns were consistently dismissed, and there was a noticeable absence of initiatives aimed at professional development, meeting clients objectives, with many broken promises regarding shares in the company and reduction of base salary across the board. This negligence extended to the treatment of clients, as evidenced by a pattern of poor communication, unmet expectations, and a general indifference to client satisfaction. The company's apparent prioritization of short-term gains over long-term relationships has resulted in a toxic atmosphere that impacts both internal and external stakeholders. It is sad to witness a business neglect the very people who contribute to its success with hiring and dismissing employees in short periods, and I would caution both potential employees and clients to carefully consider their engagement with such an organization.
