Revolving door of engineering.

Pros

You do eventually get paid. They at least don't totally stick it to you. If you jump through all of their hoops, they will pay you.

Cons

The company simply survives as a middle man. No value added to any environment. There is nothing worse than a company that adds no value. They have social network promotions to force employees to like them online, aside from the small inner circle, no one really enjoys working here.

Good overall except for HR

I had an overall good experience with the recruiters. From the moment I received a first call to now, the recruiter periodically checks in with me to ensure I'm doing well.

Cons

HR can definitely be improved. From the moment I had to mail my documents, they weren't clear with the directions and never answered directly to my questions. It was apparent to me that they were doing things to make their lives easy rather than be more accommodating. They just provide the vendors they use for benefits and leave all the work to you to figure out on your own, e.g. my commuting card was deactivated due to their missed payment, and I'm responsible for fixing it even though the commuter fund was deducted from my paycheck. If you work for Matchpoint, I'd recommend avoiding having to talk to HR at all cost. It's so stressful because they won't do anything for you.

They have a decent pay structure that allows for some great improvement to your salary.

Cons

any mistakes made by upper management, blame is placed on lower level employees. Very untrustworthy
