      Pros

      It's a fast-moving company where the people are kind, capable, and focused on the company's growth. Material Bank has always accommodated my preferences and has always given me everything I've asked for. They are a clear market leader in the space with the capacity to dominate and revolutionize an industry that has seen little technological development in the past few decades.

      They lay people off suddenly and quietly.

      Pros

      They pay you on Day 1 and 16 of each month. They have benefits: medical (United), medicine, dental (Aetna), vision (VSP) PTO is good They give you an onboarding with all departments so you have a good understanding of the company. HR is good on giving you all paperwork They also do some virtual events (halloween, etc) Most people work remote The office is super clean, everyone wears masks. There is a free style coca-cola machine.

      Cons

      They will overwork you. Not very friendly depending on who you work for.
