Pros
Everyone is nice, shop is always clean, managers are easy to talk to. Owner is a good guy.
Cons
A while into working for this company, we had a meeting and our owner told us no raises for a whole year. That set my pace for no expectations.. nothing good out of this job. I even saw our company confirm a covid case in office and the next day had 15 reps from a customer come in and nothing was cancelled or delayed putting everyone including these 15 people in office and in shop at risk. Shop conversations were often lude and discriminatory.
