      Pros

      good atmosphere, free milk and coffee, nice offices, free membership to the gym and public pools every second Friday there is a "happy hour" where all the employees gather for a beer and snacks or pizza, you will probably work on a new hot start up project from Israel with the newest technology in your domain.

      Cons

      When you enter they will probably give you already used old computer with 18 inch monitor, they are not interested how you career is progressing, you could enter as a java developer but end up working as a java script/ front end developer. Israeli management sees you as a mercenary as soon as you are not needed you are out.
