Pay is generous for the sales position.
Cons
This is a family owned company and you will feel it. Out of the top 5 highest ranking members of the organization all 5 are either blood or marriage tied to the founder. The job you're hired for will not be the job you work

Pros
Pros - no realistic pros for working at matrix networks. If there are it will change once you are in seat.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations, bait and switch (will paint a picture during the interview process then true intent of the position will show), lack of tact from all the managers, promote drinking while on the clock, promotes remote work but part of the bait and switch program. No ramp time. If you have a different mindset or ideology - upper management will trigger upper management. Micro managing every single team member.
