Pros

Friendly co-workers. Field staff are hard working and great people.

Cons

Disarray amongst senior managers. Constantly in a state of barely making profit. Bonuses that are never paid out. Limited upward movement. You have to fight for any real increases in pay. Company is constantly switching around senior managers and there is no consistency. Roll out of updated procedures or safety initiatives has always been terrible. Different areas of the company (union and non-union) operate in silos. Makes you use your personal phone for company use but doesn't pay you for it. Company is way behind the times with current safety trends. Way too many managers for different areas making the company overheads astronomical which makes it hard to be competitive on bids for jobs. At the same time, people in middle management have no support and aren't allowed any assistants to help with their workloads.

There aren't really any cons. The economy has been pretty hard on the industry. But that's not the company's fault.
