Great place to work. Gave me the function to work directly with the machine shop personal. When they changed the CAD software I was the main person to 'redraw' on SoledWorks software. The company was called Max Machinery and then divided into two separate firms, I had been working for Max Machinery stating if 1973. Max Process Equipment was established in 2008. The owner of Max Machinery felt I could better severe with the urethane processing unit. After 42 years working with both divisions I have never felt left behind. Max Machinery stated in 1972. I began in 1973. The were very challenging years and an excellent time to work for an inventor!
Cons
Little to none! 20 words minimum!! What does one say against one of the greatest opportunities in one's life! Okay, no 'modern day benefits' as one who is concern about themselves! Some would think one is 'foolish' to not look out for themselves. That never was the case for me!
