Good place to learn the nitty-gritty of the AV industry but...
Pros
I am working in a MNC now .I was there for 6-7 months and this is what I came to know there. You get to work with the whole product top to bottom ,you get a tag of working in security field which is the future,no management/hierachy you talk directly with the client/ceo you are your own manager (you take the whole blame or the whole sucess, no politics i.e someone takes your achivements) ,all seniors help you they dont give you stress and are very helpful and lastly you learn a lot as it is with all small companies.
Cons
Foremost the salary it was pathetic 5-8k is what you get for working 10 hours and still the ceo says you should be working 13-14 hours he tells you stories of how he used to work long hours in US when he was a fresher but never tells you how much he was payed(may be less than the people there but not peanuts in comparison as it happens in here the standard is 3lakhs in other companies )I f you ask for increment there is no response. No cafeteria,no clean drinking water, poison in the name of tea no AC throughout the year(I was there duriing summers they used start AC when the weather was scorching hot in the afternoon and kept it on for just 2 hours ha ha...),and on top of that you have to do the yoga sessions twice in a day to cool and destress ha ha lol) You sign a bond of 1.5 years and give notice period of 3 months and the ceo will not accept your resignation and not give you experience letter and scare you, you also have to give your original marksheets. You can be fired at any time without a notice period. You have to go to the ceo for everything from asking for a holiday to asking for other offical documents etc. etc. The experience letter you get will have lines like you cant work in other AntiVirus companies for 3 years.I was not given the experience letter and I have lost my 6 months but I am not writing to take revenge but save others form this company if somebody had written such reviews I would have not joined or changed the bond terms or not signed the bond at all.
