Management sharing sensitive information with non management roles and allowing different rules for favoured staff. Guilt tactics used to convince staff to work beyond their role, and make them feel that they can't ask for required days off without issue, even when they have worked enough hours to earn holiday hours. Head office figures ignore complaints of management bullying staff despite assuring that they'll be looked into.

The company is very nepotistic and are happy to take the easy way out. They’ll promote staff to management without any training and if you hve a problem in store that you can’t discuss with your manager, you don’t feel like you can go higher up as nobody seems to care. It is a toxic work environment controlled by store managers, and head office don’t care to ever check in and make sure staff are ok.
