      Pros

      Good people and good company except for a few of them. The company provides breakfast and evening snacks to everyone. salary is on time.

      Cons

      The owner's wife is always involved in everything whether she can understand everything or not but yes she has to put her comments and requires her involution in every aspect. withal, the company does not have any vision to follow. management is perplexed every time about what to follow. less customer and not ready for new technology
