Beautiful product. Camaraderie among the employees is wonderful. Beautiful office space.
Cons
The executive family who run this company are toxic. They are unaware of how they speak and treat their employees. They nitpick and degrade them. There are no directors in any department because everyone has quit. Current tenured employees verbalize their impending departure. There is also no one to file a formal complaint with because there is no HR department. There are over 40 people on the production staff. These employees are working with machinery, etc. throughout their workdays. Should an accident occur, there is no one here to file a proper claim, etc. Also, the pay is insulting. The employees, minus the family members, are paid almost at poverty level. It is impossible to live on the salary. Because so many people have quit in such a short period of time, the workload has increased tremendously with no form or hope of financial compensation.
