      Pros

      Fun working environment, laid back and supportive. Management puts employees needs first. Also have great Christmas parties!

      Cons

      Often stagnation and difficulty to progress. Company changes direction often and the owner puts up blockers on employment or progressive ideas. Doesn't have loyalty to his employees, unless they're female.

      Pros

      Services the customers well with good products (albeit in a very limited market). If your face fits and you tow the company line you might survive.

      Cons

      Hire and fire culture, if the numbers drop you're out. Dictatorial regime with a perpetual fear culture driven by David McCue "The smiling assassin" through his (puppet) management team

      Pros

      Winning if your in the click, free fruit, free booze. Free parking for football. I would say bonus but haha - joke

      Cons

      If you fall out the click, your done for. The management is a joke. Directors (U.K.) should of never got to that point. When, and I say when because it's definitely not if! The company goes under all current directors will never be at that level, enjoy it while it lasts! The reason this company isn't a pleasure to work is purely down to the click. Get rid of that and it would be amazing.
