The company appear to be professionally structured and make all procedures & responsibilities clear. i have found my work colleagues to be amiable & team orientated

May i suggest that it is recognised that all members of the team have knowledge that can be shared for the betterment of the business & this knowledge should be used as a positive tool & discussed & not be derailed. Consistency in advice & direction is often tinged with conjecture just to show the company hierarchy
