My initial approach in the company was positive but in the last year there is a high decay in the management. They don't value the human resources and they tend to overload a lot of responsabilities in underpaid personal. Also they lag of profesional leadership and they tend to disrespect the company employees. They tend to use people as another physical good in the company and they tend to forget that we all have a life apart from the company.
