You get experience on what managing big celebrity client's social media is like.
Cons
The job itself had bad hours (working all day, until midnight saturday and sunday with a 2 hour break - and then had to be up and starting a new shift in the office on monday at 7am every week). We worked holidays. I knew this going in, but it still sucked. At the time there were not benefits. The coworkers were already all friends and cliquey.
