      Great place to work, staff are so welcoming!

      Pros

      The culture is great, giving new starters the freedom to use your previous experience and skills to get on with the job at hand. The mentor scheme allows you to feel supported from the first day in the position.

      Cons

      To be honest just the lack of being able to meet my new colleagues face to face, but that is totally understandably given the COVID situation. Zoom helps and has been a good way to get to know the staff and clients.
