      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      * No pay increases; yet will happily hire people at a higher wage just to get them through the door. * Morale is almost nothing; what do you expect when you're constantly laying off the work force trying to become profitable. * Treated as a number instead of a person. * Managers who can't even manage.

      Pros

      The people doing the actual work and winning business have a great sense of teamwork with great technology.

      Cons

      Senior management don't care who the employees are, happy to take their millions but swift to continually cut dedicated employees. Becoming a soulless company with employees just waiting for their name to get to the top of the redundancy spreadsheet.

      Bad company, bad culture

      None, really cannot think any. The only reason is the office close to home that keeps me here for few years.

      Cons

      No training, No promoting, No pay raise. The management only thinks about the cost, never think about the people and technology.
