      -Good experience can get -Good exposure for fresher -Flexibility on working hours(General shift)

      Cons

      No Retention effort taken for any employee, infect many employees has loose their job and given limited notice period to find employment in other place. The company run by Family, and the managing committee doesn't have any previous experience of MNC or corporate culture there for its is challenging to adapt any changes in the process management.
