Cons

Lots of bullying going on, management has their own favourites and closes their eyes on staff bullying. Everyone is banging each other on the social events and if don't want to be part of this, you're cast out

Large Scale Projects and a good diversity in project types

Cons

The gang culture in the office is horrible. If you dont fit into a group you feel left out and are bullied. Some people spend their lunchtimes just back stabbing people and bad mouthing them with alot of senior people just sitting down and laughing. Very unprofessional, disorganised and they take advantage of how much you give. Dont recommend them at all

The company is really great. Working on large-scale objects give you huge experience. Really good working atmosfere.

Cons

To be honest, there wasn't any disadvantages of working in Meinhardt. I just wanted to change the position, which I was woking at.
