Pros
- Perks at working at in a small business is a great opportunity to get exposure to a little bit of everything ranging from voip infrastructure, Windows systems, cabling, etc.. - Easily the best work environment I have worked at. Friendly colleagues, every one always has an open door for questions including the CEO himself. - Shared a lot of responsibilities. Plenty of learning opportunities to work on exciting projects. - CEO is a great guy who values all his employees and always does his utmost to ensure employee satisfaction. Experienced it firsthand.
Cons
- Location sometimes makes it hard to catch a bus especially during the Winter time.

I have been working for 2 years at MeloTel as a developer. - VERY friendly environment, the team treats everyone with respect, including their customers - Amazing CEO, compassionate and listens to his employes advices During my 2 years of work at MeloTel, I was able to build my career and learn about many new systems due to the CEO being open minded and the team being cooperative.
