      Pros

      Compassionate, supportive coworkers. Fully remote, so I get to hang out with my cats all day, too. :) Healthy work/life balance is encouraged. I truly enjoy the work. They train you on EVERYTHING when you start . Happy meowers and annual retreats. Incredible benefits. Before I started working here full-time, I was also a cat sitter (independent contractor) on the platform for several years, and that was a wonderful experience, too.

      Pros

      Amazing work environment even though we are mostly virtual. Amazing people to work with! Super friendly! The environment facilitates growth and development. This has been by far my most positive work experience.

      I wish we were all able to be together physically!
