      Pros

      Excellent RRSP contributions, some of the best I have seen in the private sector, If you are experienced and enjoy working in a micromanaging free environment, it is an average place to work. Hybrid work environment is a plus.

      Cons

      Company needs to modernize especially as it relates to technology, Lack of diversity at the leadership level - the same demographic are always promoted. Lack of training, development and growth opportunities for juniors or people early in their career.
