      Amazing people, but management doesn't look out for everyone

      Pros

      Great environment, amazing coworkers, typical "one big family" vibes in some areas. Offers a bit in terms of upskillnig and climbing the ladder internally.

      Cons

      Poor pay compared to other companies of similar size. A lot of unspoken rules. The people at the top don't always have their employees best ineterest's in mind.
