The Company just works on the whims and fancies of senior Management.Actually the Owner himself controls the operations and there is a bunch of sycophants who plays up to him without any know how or policies.It managed like a shop without any HR policies or dept.Be careful they make tall claims and make big promises and offers and snuggles to keep up as they are financially very unstable sense your pay will get delayed most of the times.If you have good experience You will screw your career by going them.Marketing /sales team are the most incompetatant as the heads does not even understand the basics and sticks there just by virtue and rapport with the owner.Inshort a very regressive firm with a gloomy ambience/work environment.Stay away please!
