Pros

some employees are friendly and supportive

Cons

Morale is low ever since owner set up cameras and microphones in the building. Pay. Management. Directors have poor moral standards and not many if any enjoy being around them. My integrity was questioned by the owner even with 10plus years in the company. Wish I could mention names but the previous comment is true where the owner is a puppet

Pros

Ummm, hmmm, I'm thinking. I honestly cannot think of one good thing to say. Seriously. No one was surprised to see me go?

Cons

The list is long... infighting, gossip, back stabbing, name calling, yelling and much more. I was there for 10 days and started looking for a new job. Let that be your guide.

Pros

Majority of regular employees are supportive and deflect what the president or his partner asks and does.

Cons

Management owner of merit Two directors don't support remote work yet they are the one of the most remote workers in the company. High turnover for valid reasons
