      None that I could think of, idiotic managers unqualified bullies.

      Safety is an absolute joke, HSE would have a field day !

      Relatively easy workload not under any pressure

      Cons

      Everything is broken and we have lost lots of maintenance and production experience over the last year. Poor basic rate and only 22 days holiday a year
