      Pros

      Great team and everyone is nice to work with. Great product and work culture, plenty of interesting and challenging problems. Work is fully async and remote with high trust to people by default.

      Cons

      Career growth could be vague as level are not so clearly defined. Team shapes and work process can change frequently.
