No cons at all. A very good place to learn for beginners

No focus on business process improvement or manufacturing process improvement. Some members of the sales team treat engineering like a resource to be exploited rather than a partner. Three different business units are in one building, but don't have common equipment or common methods, documentation, etc. Capital equipment is 40 years old in many cases and the company seems to have no interest in upgrading. Tooling is worn out and management doesn't seem aware or concerned. No effort was made to train office employees. No effort made to standardize methods or document standards. Deliveries are regularly late, so the company can't get good contracts, mostly just very low volume jobs.
