The best thing for me are the skills are I’ve learnt at Metanoia. They are truly life changing as they are transferable skills that can be applied to any avenue of life. The personal development and growth that is learnt at Metanoia through the support network provided have been life changing for me as I’m truly a new person now. A better person. I am thankful to have had such a supportive team around me because in such a short time I’ve managed to progress so much professionally and academically which can not be said for most other companies.
Cons
It will definitely be uncomfortable at times as it pushes you outside your comfort zone but that is exactly why so much growth occurs once you get through the discomfort
