      Pros

      You will get paid weekly. Get one week vacation and sick days.

      Cons

      Micromanage all their employees. No real training. Upper management are only there to judge you & not help you. Don’t get fooled by their kindness on your first day. They will put you down the first chance you make a mistake. Over load you with work and no real raises. Highest turn over in the industry.
