Cons

- Senior leadership surrounds itself with yes-people, loyalists and sycophants rather than realists with real management abilities. Distrust reigns. Brown-nosers rule - Perpetual turnover of “favorites” being rewarded and promoted by owners, then capriciously ousted or sidelined for falling out of favors - Fear-soaked leadership team dealing with erratic owner whims and shifting priorities
