Fully remote work and decent work/life balance Friendly, collaborative coworkers — people are generally nice and willing to help Good place to learn, especially early in your career — exposure to enterprise-grade retail software used by major retailers Flexible working hours and no issues taking PTO Diverse, global team across multiple continents Enterprise B2B environment means no crazy on-call stress from millions of consumer users

Compensation tends to be below market / not competitive, with limited bonuses Senior management can lack transparency and clear direction

Struggling Company - flat to shedding $ and employees

Pros

They let you work from home, and the pay was okay, and the benefits were average.

Cons

Management was scattered with direction. They did little to promote other divisions of the company, and tried to focus mainly all their energy into the retail software. The e-commerce side is flat in that seen a lot of growth. They are constantly shedding workforce and can't keep good developers on staff.
