Smaller subsidaries of Miba don't get enough attention/resources and can be a little neglected. Not enough communication between HQ and companies - lack of cohesion. Can get political between well-meaning senior Miba management and highly knowlegable junior sector staff.

My 1st day I was told to watch out for "so and so". I askes why, and was tols oh because he is friends with the owner. So everything bent over backwards to kiss his you lnow what. Even if it caused more of the work load to be pushed onto everyone else. Dumb made up "rules" no one was aware of, I was on a production line checking quality of glue on parts. VERY mindless work. I use Bluetooth headphones and set my phkne in a out of the way spot but within sight. Where I would watch Netflix or listen to the radio. My parts were always to standards. I was one of the ONLY employees who at times was a floater, learning jobs within minutes of being taught. One day the supervisor came pver and said, your fired. For personal reasons. So to thks day I still don't understand. I guess his home life is terrible so I got the butt end.
