      Was Great Until Ametek Took Over

      Pros

      Great Family Atmosphere when I started in 2003. All employees got along and helped each other accomplish goals. Pay was decent but the comfort level and people you worked with offset that.

      Cons

      It took Ametek 3 years to destroy a company that was est. 1923. Forced customers hands and lost key contracts. Ametek should of never bought the company in 2012. They had no idea how to run a capitol equipment manufacturer in the Mid West.

      A lot of nice people, and a fairly laid back environment.

      Cons

      Labor force reductions all the time. Either super busy or completely dead.
