Good company with good vision, middle management not so much.
Pros
Micro is a very versatile company and an industry leader in the IT consulting market. They offer many opportunities for employees to learn and build on their skill sets and if you are willing to put in the hours you can excel. The pay and benefits are fair and unlike many companies, if you work long hours and on weekends, you can get additional pay if you meet your monthly billing goals.
Cons
The biggest con I had was with the middle management teams. There seems to be a loss of vision from the top down when it comes to how they manage and treat people. In many cases I witnessed some managers berate lower level employees in front of an entire department. In addition they tend to play favorites and will even let hard working talented people go without reason if the egos of the managers are threatened.
