      Pros

      Flexible hours, good pay, able to work basically on what you want. Some good coworkers.

      Cons

      The president of the company has zero direction. Employees ask what he wants, and he gives no feedback or responds months later if you are lucky. He constantly changes priority and it is always a fire drill. Company is going to fail.

      Pros

      The Location is great, coworkers are nice, work hours are flexible.

      Cons

      Ownership is terrible, all communication is through email, if you get answer. Have not released a new product in over 10 years, due to bad management. Everyone was offered early retirement and over half of the workforce left due to owner not being responsive. Product lead times went from 2 weeks to over 20 weeks. Owner does not respond to dealer requests or questions.
