      Pros

      They train you from the start, on very diverse projects. You can get autonomy quite quick if you're doing well. Very international atmosphere.

      Cons

      NONE. I had a very bad manager (highly unclear explanations, very aggressive, appeared like they would never work, and when they did, it appeared to be very low quality, and this over 9 months. But then they left. So - NONE.

      Pros

      Challenging tasks, working for a cause, accessible management, lovely colleagues, shared lunch, nice location, good learning curve and much much more

      Cons

      Apart from below average salary, there is nothing much wrong working with the company. But then again, when the company doesn't look to make much profit, I guess its acceptable.
