Pros

Good Management and Friends. Location is good. Time Flexibility.

Cons

From ages many evidence shows that a strong structure of trust is an underlying design for success of any team and by a large success for any organization. A team of App Developers promoted as Game Programmers without checking whether they have Creative Background or not. Trust’s great value can be achieved only in an organization where basic values are reinforced with concrete, measurable behavioral actions. Only then can organizations reach new heights in relationships within as well as elsewhere. What’s needed is a structure for guiding everyday interactions, along with specific management tools to create productive relationships as well as RESULTS, while safeguarding against the untrustworthy, and disengaging from poisonous, distrustful ones. Now question arises does team MICROOBJECTS STILL TRUST “Senior Game Architects?”. There is a special selective targeting going on within the team leads, reasons unknown, personal vested interest projects are undertaken right under the premises and goes unnoticed. Senior Game Architects lot of time are wiled away for personal gagging on social networking pages and other wile activities like Blog Writing, Content writings etc , but it is just shown by the pretender, as the - Master is in depth activity i.e, all pretentious, Hence MANY GAME PROJECTS are DELAYED and DERAILED. The brunt is borne by the entire team led by this disastrous leads/ managers....and the team is termed as lethargic and futile and running in loss..!!!! Let’s take a brief look, its time the company should enquire about people engaged in DOUBLE PAY ROLL JOBS kindly look into these employees links with other gaming companies. How is it that pretenders are still enjoying such leverage within the organizations and are going UNNOTICED? How is that NO NEW PROJECTS are getting on board with team MICROOBJECTS and gets on board with other contenders as we are shown as quoted too high. By becoming skillful in designing/ engg. or by being an experienced person for certain period of time need not necessarily make a man a worthy enough of being a trust worthy leader or a valuable asset for a firm. While murder may be the ultimate assassination, the more common version in organizations is character assassination. This takes the form of persistent efforts to destroy the other’s reputation; Senior Game Architects are doing the worst form. BETRAYAL. Betrayal is an even more extreme form of character assassination. Talk to anyone around you, and ask them “Have you ever been betrayed?” Then watch their response. Usually it’s one of intense emotional pain. Their hurt is carried around like a private wound, often with guarded silence as they suffer in the quietude of self-imposed exile. MICRO OBJECTS is being betrayed day by day. Game Project Managers are afraid to take action against these Senior Game Architects.

Pros

1. Good Location. Easily accessible to all the facilities like metro/bus/railway stations, malls, commercial streets and beach sides. 2. Good friends and colleagues. 3. Nice place for a novice

Cons

1. Very bad infrastructure. The work place looks like a government office in those 80' mallu films. 2. No boat service.. Wait..! u said, 'Boat'??? Yeah... A boat service.. Because you gonna need one when its drizzles. 3. Skeptical Salary. You are lucky if you get salary on time. Don't laugh!! This 'on time' means, any date lesser than 30th of each month. Well sorry, I dont know about February. Even some of the banks has rejected our loan applications due to this hard to digest salary slips. In order to credit salary for 1st of every month, company has seized a 10 day salary from all of her employees, long back, which has been vanished into thin air. The good thing is that, since then we didn't get salary on... 1st???? No 5th?????? Nooo 10th???????? Again a Big Nooo 28th?????????? May be... you can consider a 'Yes'. Salary is offered in terms of installments and which will put those 'self employment projects' into shame!!! 4. Lack of technology improvisation. Not all department is lucky to get the chance of knowledge addition. No training programme is conducted. Its all those old fashioned set up. No career growth is offered
