Pros
This is a people oriented business that works to create a strong team and to do the job better than right. I have no idea what motivated such incredible slurs but MicroThermics overall facility needs improvement but this is being addressed. The computer system is constantly being updated, and the lab has been audited by major corporations for their production purposes and passed with flying colors.
Cons
We suffer from the challenges of being a small company, normal stuff.

Pros
MTI provides a great tight knit, family-oriented culture, plenty of PTO, and does its best to value the opinion of all workers, regardless of title.
Cons
Being a small company, one may find better health insurance options at a larger company. More effort could be made to focus more on continuous improvement.
