Pros

There are a few nice people. The building is new. There is an abundance of parking in the parking structure. Free snacks are delivered twice daily.

Cons

-Management at all levels are incompetent. Senior/executive level RA management lack regulatory knowledge and experience. They also lack management skills and therefore, the RA group is not respected among other departments. RA management does not support their employees and will throw them under the bus to protect themselves. Most RA managers have no experience managing employees. Obvious favoritism to certain employees who are permitted to come and go as they please. RA leadership will not initiate any changes to provide a team-oriented environment, in contrast, RA leadership are spectators as the RA staff attacks one another. All levels of RA management lack professionalism. Employees are threatened termination of employment by direct managers, which leads to a hostile work environment. RA management does not provide constructive feedback. -Mass Confusion with a hint of miscommunication As a result of little to no regulatory guidance, Product Development Engineers have chosen to enroll in RA training certification courses. RA management frequently changes their minds. Project responsibilities constantly change, which creates confusion within project teams. -The RA team does not function as a unified group. Certain employees will withhold information to ensure their value to the company leading to backstabbing among coworkers. There is no trust within the RA group. New employees within the RA group will either stay for less than 6 months or never show up at all. -Executive leadership lacks ethics Patient safety is not a concern. Most of the quality assurance group is incompetent and lack experience. The change control system is paper-based (i.e. red folders circulating for years within the building usually getting lost resulting in compliance issues). -The RA staff is left to make non-RA related decisions by other groups (QA/R&D) This often results in misdirected blame placed solely on the RA lead when projects do not meet expectations and requirements.

Pros

There are no pros in working here!

Cons

Terrible company! The management only cares about promoting theirselves or those who already have a high position. Specially in accounting! They hire non accounting graduates who don’t know what they’re doing and yet favor them! Management is scared when they have employees who actually knows what they are doing. They find ways to terminate good employees who perform well. Management only looks out for theirselves and don’t promote a healthy work environment for their employees. There is no growth in this company unless you are of a management level. Oh and if you want to make it here, you have to kiss up to your boss as it is the only way you can get promoted. Run far away from this company if you know what’s good for you! They underpay you and they don’t recognize your hard work at all! If anything they act as if you don’t do your job when you work hard.
