Cliquey Some people in the organisation have got their position by treading all over other people The management have a very eccentric and outdated view that their technology (particularly Aptitude is going to take over the world) but their is very poor take-up out their in the market Heavy cost cutting, shutting of offices and redundancies as the majority of people are treated as disposable commodities No investment or training

was just awful management had no idea what they were doing - under the illusion they are presidents of microsoft...not microgen! treated employees as commodities not people

Good business let down by poor people skills at the top.

Pros

Pay is reasonable and they are involved in a lot of interesting projects. Very skilled staff are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

No structure for training or promotion. Pay rises seem to happen at random as there are no reviews or annual appraisals etc. Management have very little understanding of what makes employees tick.
