      1. Very low salary 2. Salary deductions for no reason 3. No career path nor experience 4. High Turnover 5, Very long working hours for no compensation (working till 9:00 PM everyday) 6. Ineffectual Attendance system starting from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Any late is deducted from salary even if you stay at work till 9:00 PM the day before) 7. No knowledge transfer
