Where do I start? When I first begin working here it felt like a small family run company. Now? Trust fund baby Dan is trying to turn it into a Fortune 500 company without any knowledge of how to do so. Money is the #1 priority around now here. We had to beg for utensils in the break rooms. For awhile they stopped providing waters to the guys in the warehouse “trying to save money”. They use to bring in Holtsman’s Donuts on Fridays, now they bring in Dunkin because it saves money. What a joke! Upper management has NO idea how to run an effective company at all. They come up with “ideas” without any way to implement them nor do they care if it makes any sense at all. There are two “good people” in the office. Brian and Mike Haught!Out the the warehouse the “good guys” are Jerry, Terry, Alan. Michael Chen does WHATEVER Dan says with no rhyme or reason. Dan needs to step down and allow someone else to run this company that values employees, doesn’t want to micromanage and wants to actually succeed and not just talk a good game! Also this place has NO culture whatsoever! They never have any fun or have any activities or anything. The company Christmas party was out in the warehouse. This place COULD be great! But they have the wrong people in upper management positions. And don’t let me get started on how horrible the HR is. She is barely in the office and when she is she doesn’t actually DO her job! The IT lady is nice enough but truthfully doesn’t know what she is doing. She got her cushy job and title because she is best friends with Michael Chen! This place is a joke! If you are in the good ole boys club then you are safe! If not, get ready to be replaced. Because the Managing Partner doesn’t allow anyone to challenge him and if they do, they are out the door. They have let so many good people go because they wouldn’t be tamed! I would stay far away from here, but if you come, don’t expect to be there long because in 5 years time with the way things are ran, it won’t exist any longer!
