Pros

The employees are their greatest asset.

Cons

Former management didn't have a clue as to the direction of the company. They got out in a hurry and left us high and dry. Well, we're back. And this time for good.

Pros

Good benefits, gave me the chance to work from bottom jobs to top jobs in several areas of the mill! I finally settled on trucking about my 20 th year. I liked everything about it except the cold rain...the pay was high. Too bad the company lost out. I called in sick 2 days in 25 years. I liked everyone like family.. I will miss them.

Cons

Hot humid sweaty afternoons in the mill...not winning pools or vending treats! Lol
