      Co-Workers are great to work with

      CFO HD needs to go. Poor management, no money to pay vendors, report fabricated numbers to Board of Directors, very unorganized financial dept., basically robbing from Peter to pay Paul, no growth and the benefits are too expensive.

      In late January 2018, MILLY learned that certain remarks about the Company were posted on Glassdoor. Those remarks included the following: "CFO has no idea how to manage his team. Provides false information about company’s financials to the board. Sexually harasses female employees." Based on these remarks, the Company conducted an internal investigation into these statements. The Company concluded its internal investigation into these statements and found no evidence that the CFO either (1) provided false information about the Company to the Company's Board of Directors or (2) sexually harassed female employees. MILLY has a written policy in its employee handbook making it clear that it has zero tolerance for sexual harassment in the workplace.

      There are literally no pros to working for this company. If I had to add one, I use the term "nice products" loosely.

      Cons

      Condescending management, racist comments, very rude employees that allow personal issues to affect the work, very unorganized, they have an issue with paying what they should, and the list goes on
