      Pros

      Everyone was nice and there were chances to grow within the company. Great products Great discounts

      Cons

      There tended to be only one of us on the floor at any time, which meant we had to rely on other department staff to handle the sales and sometimes they weren't aware of specials etc.

      it is a nice place to say you work

      Cons

      however if your are 18 they pay you minimum wage and you work with the manager all the time. The manager is constantly on your back to make sales and is pushy making the buyers uncomfortable with the mimco "7 steps" you should perform on them as soon as they walk into the store. you dont even get store bonus credits until you make a sale over something like $400 in one go and then you get like 1 mimco point, and you need alot more to actually purchase something fro the store with these points!
