Pros
- very ambitious and mission driven - management is very approachable - extremely mission driven - huge focus on customer - top quality hardware & systems available to employees - employees can learn and do courses on company time and money - lot of books available in the office library
Cons
- All nighters are a little frequent - ideas are mostly top driven (but anyone can voice ideas and have opportunity of acceptance - some more amenities in office like games room needed
